FLAGSHIP SAAS · PROJECT 01
Growthscope
An AI Growth Intelligence Platform, built end to end
The problem
Marketing teams spend hours every week manually reviewing competitors, re-auditing their own site, and assembling reports nobody reads. The work is repetitive, it's easy to skip, and the moment you skip it you stop noticing what changed in your market.
What I built
A full SaaS product: businesses create an account, describe their company and goal, and Growthscope continuously audits their website, monitors competitors for changes, and turns each change into an executive decision brief — what happened, why it matters, whether to care, and what to do about it. Every Monday it emails the whole picture as a brief.
How it works
- Onboarding captures a business profile (company, industry, target customer, goal) that personalises every downstream AI call — the difference between “improve your conversion” and advice written for this specific business.
- The audit engine fetches the live page and scores 20+ signals across SEO, content, performance, conversion and technical health, storing every run so the score becomes a trend rather than a snapshot.
- Competitors are found by AI (verified to actually resolve before being suggested), then snapshotted daily by a cron Worker that diffs titles, headlines, meta, CTAs, content volume and visible pricing.
- Each detected change can be turned into a numbered Decision brief; each plan action has a Generate Fix button that returns strategy, ready-to-paste copy, implementation steps and how to measure it.
- Real Google Search Console data (clicks, impressions, position, striking-distance queries) is pulled in via a service account and fed into the AI plan automatically.

What it proves
Frontend, backend, database design, authentication, scheduled background processing, third-party API integration, AI orchestration, billing architecture and product design — all in one working product.
Honest limitations
WHAT THIS DOESN'T DOBilling is architected but not switched on (Stripe lands in its planned month). The audit reads a single page, so a strong site with a weak homepage scores harshly. Analytics detection can't see consent-gated or server-side tags, and the product now says so rather than claiming they're missing.
